It's been 2 months since I last wrote on this blog. Shame on me! But well, my recent move left me no time to crochet quietly, and then we went for a week holiday in the UK. It's a little like going back to the past for me, as I lived there when I was younger. It's with an immense joy that I went back to my beloved country.
Sur le chemin du retour, j'ai pu passer un peu de temps avec une amie à moi, que je n'avais pas vu depuis longtemps, et qui vient d'avoir une petite Libby (Liberty). Pour l'occasion, je lui avais crocheté ce gilet pétale que je meurs d'envie de crocheter depuis que je l'ai vu.
On the way back, I got to spend time with an old friend of mine I hadn't seen in years, and who just had a litlle Libby (Liberty). To celebrate, I made this baby sweater that I'm dying to crochet, ever since I saw the pattern.
J'ai utilisé du Phil Coton 3 de Phildar (Guimauve et craie pour le contour). Le modèle est vraiment simple à faire, et je crois que le prochain sera pour moi (parfait pour les fraiches soirées d'été).

I've used Phil Coton 3 from Phildar (colors "guimauve" and craie" for the trim). The pattern is really simple to make, and I think I'll make a second one just for me (perfect for the chilly summer evenings, isn't it?).
